Villas on Resort Lots
Villas are built on Resort Lots. Resort Lots have been established by the footprint of each Villa and have premiums set according to their individual views and location.
Electric: Each Villa has its electrical tied into the Resort Common Battery Bank located in the bodega of Villa #4. Electric will be provided at a fair charge to be determined.
Water: Each Villa has a 1250 Gallon Holding Capacity Rain Catchment System installed. The resort will provide backup water as needed at a fair charge to be determined.
Sewer: Each Villa has it's own septic and field.
Trash: Each Villa will be responsible for recycling and composting as much as possible. The remainder will be hauled or burned at charge to be determined.
HOA: An HOA will be established for maintenance of common grounds to be reexamined as amenities increase.
Deed Restrictions are in the process of being formed and will be reevaluated and changed as Resort develops.
Property Management will be available for all Villas. Villas are designed so as each room can be rented separately for maximum rental income.
